    1. Cost of developing miniturised ignition system that is both light and compact is beyond our current financial capability.

    1. A 12 cylinder ignition system may cause massive interference for the radio controls.

  • The first obvious answer is 2 stroke is much simpler, and cheaper to develop and manufacture in V12 form. Secondly, 4 stroke multi-cylinder model engines tend to be inefficient at producing power. Thirdly, 2 stroke is a more reliable design.

    Perhaps once the first batch of engines has been sold we may look into it.
